Using The 21 Day Sugar Detox guidelines to better your eating habits, we will also focus on introducing or improving an exercise routine, bettering your sleep habits, and optimize stress reduction.
There are components of this challenge where we meet in person at the beginning and the end, but you are welcome to do this from a distance as long as you get someone to take your measurements for you! Our weekly meetings are accessible to everyone via conference calling.
This challenge is repeated every other month.
