About Me:

I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2006. My focus is to help women who are looking for solutions for their health but are confused by all the options available.

I have always been obsessed with Hippocrates’ quote, “let food be thy medicine, and medicine be thy food.” I learned at a very young age the power of nutrition, and although I strayed away from this for many years (hello, teenage rebellion), I eventually was led back to it.

My passion for this program stems from my own healing journey. After struggling with my health for over a decade, I finally got unstuck through simple dietary changes. I became a Certified 21DSD Coach in October 2019 so that I may guide other women through their own healing journeys.

My special focus is on weight loss, women’s health, hormone balancing, mindset practice, and managing stress.

I have always considered myself a cheerleader for living your best life and look forward to helping you stay on track and reach success!
