Jenny’s Virtual 21DSD February Group Coaching

Join Jenny Barrie for an in-person 21-Day Sugar Detox. You will get a month of coaching starting on February, 12th-March 18th. The official detox dates are February19thth– March18th. Our meetings will be live Zoom calls on Mondays at 7:30pm.

All four sessions will be in person. Can’t make the session? Not to worry, all calls are recorded and will be sent to you if you are unable to make the meeting. Our first session will be on February 11th and this session will help prepare you for the detox. Session lessons will teach you how to be successful during the detox and beyond the 21 days. You will learn…

*how to plan and prep easy healthy recipes

*how to read food labels

*how sugar affects your body

*how to create healthier habits

*how to be your own food detective and develop an awareness about how sugar and certain carbohydrates effect your body

* how to transition off the detox

*most importantly, how to make this a lifestyle and not a diet.

No “do it yourself” program will provide you with as much comprehension and personalization as a small group program. As someone who has had many years of experience eliminating sugar and processed foods and also completing my own 21DSD Detox, I am able to give you all my tips and tricks to make this detox easy to follow. I offer a wealth of knowledge to my participants to help them be successful during and beyond the program so they can feel their best.

Creating a community of support and accountability will make this process much more fun and valuable.  The group is a safe place for members to support one another, motivate each other, share experiences and recipes, and stay connected after the program. You will also receive my expert coaching on a daily basis. All participants will receive lifelong access to my 21DSD Facebook Group.
