Start Fresh with The 21-Day Sugar Detox!

Personally, I’m one of those people who loves a new start, a new month, a new year. Something about a clean blank slate is so refreshing and full of possibilities to me. Do you feel the same?
This January, I’m holding a group for people who would like to get some new insight on how to feel their best. The 21-Day Sugar Detox is a program I know and love. It helped me gain clarity about how much food affects how I feel! During my 21DSD, I experienced:
-clearer skin (a huge issue I’ve dealt with forever)
-more consistent energy levels
-less bloat
-better sleep
-less anxiety and more even moods
-less PMS
-less inflammation/easier recovery from workouts
What you feed yourself may affect how you feel in so many other ways, too!
