Apple Ginger Green Smoothie

- 2 cups packed spinach
- 2 cups full-fat coconut milk, canned or homemade, or almond milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 avocado
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 (1/2-inch to 1-inch) piece of fresh ginger, peeled and minced
- 1 green apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1/2 to 1 cup water
preparation:
