Shipping & Return Policies

SHIPPING INFORMATION & TIMING

All books shipped within the United States are via USPS Priority Mail are mailed within 48 hours of your purchase on the next business day. Books should arrive in 5-7 business days.

We ship the books very quickly to be sure that you get them in time for your detox, and there is very little time between your order and the shipment. To this end, please note that we cannot process a refund for an order that includes books until the books are returned to us (see return policy below).

International orders ship via USPS First Class International Mail and must allow 10-21 business days for delivery. Rates are as outlined below. International shipments are subject to delay at customs – we cannot predict nor avoid these potential delays.

IMPORTANT! We recommend that International customers order one month ahead of when you plan to begin your detox to allow plenty of time for your books to arrive.

One Book (ships First Class International):
To Canada: $16
To all other countries: $23

Two Books (ships First Class International):
To Canada: $22
To all other countries: $32


21-DAY SUGAR DETOX REFUND INFORMATION & TIMING

We know you’re going to absolutely LOVE your 21-Day Sugar Detox online program and the printed books, but, if you somehow don’t, here’s what you need to do to make your return for a refund within 14 days of your purchase.

1. Request a refund via the link in your receipt email.

If you cannot locate your receipt email, check an alternate email address as often folks use a secondary address to make a purchase, then forget that they did this.

If you still cannot locate your receipt email, contact us at info at balancedbites.com with your order number or order email to look up your order number.

2. Return any/all books received as part of your order to us.

To return a book(s):
Place the book(s) back in the original box/envelope, or use a new one. Note that packages must be secure and books must be received in new/like-new condition in order for your return to be successfully processed. Used books that do not appear in mint condition may not be returned.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a shipping method that provides a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for books lost in transit for a return. If we receive books that are not able to be resold due to their condition, we regret that we cannot issue a refund.

COACHES PROGRAM REFUND INFORMATION

We know you’re going to absolutely love what we’ve created for you – and all of the bonuses and support in growing your business that come with being a 21DSD Coach, but, if you somehow don’t, here’s what you need to do to make your return for a refund.

Refunds will only be processed within the first 30 days from the start of the course. The final day for a full refund on 2017 enrollment is July 4, 2017.

1. Notify us at info at balancedbites.com with why you are requesting the refund so that we can be sure to take note of any issues going forward.

2. Request a refund via the link in your receipt email.

If you cannot locate your receipt email, check an alternate email address as often folks use a secondary address to make a purchase, then forget that they did this.

3. Remove any/all mentions of your 21DSD Coach Certification (if you obtained it) on your website, social media, etc.

4. Return any/all books, binders, and promotional items received as part of your order to us.
