Shipping & Return Policies

We know you’re going to absolutely love what we’ve created for you – and all of the bonuses and support in growing your business that come with being a 21DSD Coach, but, if you somehow don’t, here’s what you need to do to make your return for a refund.
Refunds will only be processed within the first 30 days from the start of the course.
  1. Notify us at info at with why you are requesting the refund so that we can be sure to take note of any issues going forward. Include the email used to purchase the program.
  2. Remove any/all mentions of your 21DSD Coach Certification (if you obtained it) on your website, social media, etc.
  3. Return any/all books, binders, and promotional items received as part of your order to us.
To return items:
Place the book(s) back in the original box/envelope, or use a new one. Note that packages must be secure and books must be received in new/like-new condition in order for your return to be successfully processed. Obviously used items that do not appear in mint condition may not be returned and a refund may not be issued. For your protection, we recommend that you use a shipping method that provides a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit for a return. If we receive items that are not able to be resold due to their condition, we regret that we cannot issue a refund.
