About Me:

Aloha! After 3 years of infertility and seeing numerous doctors, I decided to take charge of my own health. An elimination diet similar to 21DSD gave me the final boost my body needed. I conceived and had a perfect pregnancy. We welcomed a 7lb 15oz baby girl in 2013.

After giving birth, I suffered from postpartum thyroiditis and adrenal fatigue. The 21-Day Sugar Detox helped me regain control over my hormones, balance my mood and improve my energy. It was especially helpful during lactation when I found that my daughter has many food sensitivities. The 21DSD removed most of the troublesome foods from my diet.
