This recipe is a super simple portable snack that even kids will enjoy!
Coconut Almond Wraps
grain-free • gluten-free • dairy-free • sugar-free
PREP TIME: 5 minutes
SERVINGS: 1
ingredients:
- 1 coconut wrap
- ½ banana, sliced thin (green-tipped for 21DSD)
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened almond butter
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
- ½ banana, sliced thin (green-tipped for 21DSD)
- 2 Tbsp. raw or toasted slivered almonds
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
preparation:
Spread almond butter on coconut wrap. Sprinkle collagen peptides over almond butter. Top with sliced bananas (or mashed banana). Sprinkle with slivered almonds, shredded coconut and ground cinnamon. Fold two sides in and then fold in half to make a “pocket,” or simply roll up lengthways. Enjoy!
