Blistered Shishito Peppers

ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons cooking fat of choice
- 12 ounces shishito peppers
- Pinch of sea salt
- Coarse sea salt, for garnish
preparation:
- Heat the cooking fat in a large skillet over high heat. Add the peppers, season lightly with salt, and sauté until charred, 4 to 5 minutes. Finish with coarse sea salt before serving.
