About Me:

I am a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant with a degree from Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts. My focus is to educate people about the power of food and lifestyle choices to either create health or deplete health.

Many of the illnesses plaguing our country are “lifestyle” diseases that arise from poor nutrition and lifestyle choices. No one wants to be overweight, fatigued or suffering from diseases such as diabetes, hypothyroidism, digestive upsets, or heart disease. There is a better way! And it starts with food, and being strong and disciplined regarding the food you eat.

Sugar and refined flour products are at the root of a lot of these health troubles because they spike your blood sugar, unbalance your hormones, rob your body of nutrients, and leave you hungry and wanting more of the same, all day, every day. This program is designed to break your addiction to sugar and refined carbohydrates, reset your taste buds, and get you back on track with eating healthy, satisfying foods that fill you up, nourish you, and give you lots of energy without the usual energy slumps during the day.
