Bittersweet Hot Cocoa

ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups full-fat coconut milk
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- seeds from 1 vanilla pod (optional)
- a few pinches of ground cinnamon (optional)
preparation:
- In a saucepan, whisk together all the ingredients and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Serve hot
