  1. Do you think this would work with almond or cashew milk? I can’t do coconut, but this looks so tasty!

    1. Yes! You would use about 20oz. of whatever milk you like to replace the coconut milk, but it may not taste the same. Also remember that cashews are not approved for the 21DSD program. Let us know how it turns out if you try it!

  2. I thought you are not supposed to put gelatin into boiling water? Is this because you *don’t* want it to gel? Sounds like a great recipe, I look forward to trying it.

    1. Hi Marney! The boiling water dissolves the gelatin so that it blends well with the other ingredients. It will gel once it cools (though you won’t really notice since the fudgesicles are frozen).

  3. For taste reasons I would like to make this recipe with either almond or pecan milk (since they are 21 DSD approved nuts), and am wondering if I should add a tablespoon or 2 of some fat to the recipe to make up for the missing coconut milk? My choice of fat would be refined coconut oil
