As your 21DSD coach, Olivia will be with you every step of the way (except for buying and eating your food for you…) with daily emails (a participant favorite!), handouts and guides (traveling, eating out, snack ideas, etc), tons of recipes, The 21 Day Sugar Detox Guidebook, weekly meetings, grocery guides for local stores, and so much more!
The group starts November 4th, but there will be a TBA free informational meeting the week before, so keep your eyes peeled!
