What was your “Why” that got you motivated to do the program?

“I knew I wasn’t eating right and couldn’t lose weight. None of my clothes fit and I was really frustrated. I had been cooking recipes from Balanced Bites and have all of Diane’s books, so I decided to do an official 21DSD.”

Favorite thing about the program: “Trying out new recipes and following the Daily Guide. I think that the guide helped me stay o track. It’s a great resource!”

Non-scale victories:

“All the new dishes I’ve tried! Cooking is my meditation.”
