What was your “Why” that got you motivated to do the program?
“My birthday is in July and instead of celebrating the day, I turned it into a birth-Month. Sweet treats almost every day. I wanted to give my taste buds a reset.”
Favorite thing about the program:
“The Guidebook or should I say Detox Bible! Each night I would complete the daily page and used it as a journal/food log.”
Non-scale victories:
“Flatter stomach, less achy joints and was able to hike with my son 4.5 miles and keep up!”

“Between Covid-19 and my birthday in July that turned into a Birth Month, I really wanted to reset my taste buds. I'm a 53 year old, peri-menopausal lady who in the last 5 years have lost 100lbs. The last year weight has been creeping back on and since March 2020 I had gained 12lbs. I really wanted to use this program as a reset to adjust my eating, my thoughts on eating and focus on my overall health. I did lose 2.8lbs with is almost a pound a week. I can tell my stomach is flatter and my joints are not achy like before the detox.
My plan now is to reintroduce a few things at a time using the guidebook and note how I feel. I want to make a sweet treat more of a rare and appropriate thing to have than letting it become an everyday thing!”
