I'll talk about the 21-Day Sugar Detox Daily Guide and then hold an open Q&A session before proceeding to sign books.

- Thanks to Robin R for this rec, it looks great! They have bone broth, which is awesome, and then the Blackened Salmon (skip the glaze) or Bells Blend Burger (skip the bun) both sound delish!

- The Deviled Eggs + the Grilled Chile Steak Skewer sound so good!
- Grabbagreen (less than 10 minutes!)
