Favorite thing about the program: Blood sugar–it was lowered and I am maintaining a much healthier blood sugar count.

In my own words
I really thought this would be hard to follow, but to my surprise I was able to stick with it with ease. Day 17 was maybe a tough one, but I stayed the course.
In the end, I ended up losing 14 pounds and 110 points off my blood sugar. That was fantastic!
The most important thing was what I learned through this 21-day experience. I learned just how much sugar was affecting my life, my body, mind, and moods. Now I am more fully aware of what I am eating and make much better choices.
I will keep on doing the 21-Day Sugar Detox until it is automatic. I owe it to myself and my family.
