What was your “Why” that got you motivated to do the program?
“I decided to do the 21-Day Sugar Detox because I was having such a hard time losing weight. I constantly was trying different diets but knew I needed a lifestyle change.”

“I loved that I had a pre-approved list of foods that I could eat. There were several times I made up my own recipes based on the list.”

“Before I started the 21-Day Sugar Detox my eating habits were erratic. I was highly addicted to sugars and struggled with emotional eating. Having the job I have puts me on the road most days so I would make excuses for my fast food days. When I started I was hoping that I would be able to go to a cleaner eating lifestyle and kick my sugar cravings as well as get better at planning my meals out ahead of time. The first few days were so hard for me. I had so many things that could have knocked me back into my old habits from stress. After the first 7 days my sugar cravings were gone! I started meal prepping for the whole week on the weekends so that I avoided any unwanted cravings. By the end of the 21 days I was down 21 pound! I fit in my clothes better, was getting better sleep, less migraines, no longer lactose intolerant and full of energy. The 21-day sugar detox has changed the way I look at eating and has helped me make better choices when looking at labels. I have continued to stick closely to the approved food lists and have lost another 28 pounds.”
