What was your “Why” that got you motivated to do the program?
Sugar addiction controlled my life. I wanted my health back. I wanted my focus to be on health and not on a weight number!

“Sugar, sugar sugar.. needed the energy blast. Got to where I would rather eat cookies at work than my attempted healthy lunch. I was so sore I could hardly walk or move without pain. My liver was swollen, my eyes discolored and I knew I was tempting the health gods to inflict a lifetime chronic illness. I wanted my life zest back, I knew what I had to do. I chose me, and I have never been so proud of me. A new found love and respect for me keeps me motivated. And stopping and breathing and imagining what a sugar food tastes like and then how my digestion and joints will feel makes me stop the desire or crave for eating that food.
